(5)1099 Information Sheet

1099 Information Sheet: If you operated a business or owned rental property during the year, you are required to issue 1099 Form. If in the operation of your trade or business (including the operation of rental property) you paid $600.00 or more to an individual for services rendered, interest or rent, you must issue that person a 1099 Form.

The 1099 is due to the recipient by January 31. A copy of this 1099 must also be sent to the IRS by February 28. If the recipient is a corporation no 1099 is required.

We have designed a simple to complete information sheet for you to complete  (Form – 1099 Information Sheet) thereby enabling us capture all  the necessary information we need to complete the process for you–our client.
